Packages & Offers
OrthoFlex Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation offers the following packages for our patients who have no physical therapy insurance benefits or have no visits left under their insurance plan. All packages include preferred appointment times, one-on-one hands-on care and unlimited email access to answer all your questions and concerns.
Package 1
COST: $125.00 (approximately 1.5 hours)
- Includes a thorough initial evaluation or re-evaluation, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (soft tissue massage, manual stretching, joint mobilization’s) and modalities (ice/hot packs, electric stimulation and ultrasound). An individualized home exercise program will be included at the end of the session.
Package 2
COST: $500.00 (approximately 1 hour/session
- 10 individualized sessions includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (soft tissue massage, manual stretching, joint mobilization’s) and modalities (ice/hot packs, electric stimulation and ultrasound).
Package 3
COST: $60.00 (approximately 1 hour/session)
- 1 individualized session includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (soft tissue massage, manual stretching, joint mobilization’s) and modalities (ice/hot packs, electric stimulation and ultrasound).
